Acceptance of terms
By using verluma.ca or the Verluma Entry application, you agree to these terms. If you're using Verluma Entry on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf.
What the service is — and isn't
Verluma Entry helps you upload, organize, and review receipts and transaction records, and prepare accountant-ready reports. It is not an accounting firm, not a tax preparer, and does not file returns or submit anything to the CRA on your behalf. It does not guarantee ITC eligibility, tax compliance, or the accuracy of OCR-extracted data — every field is a suggestion for you to confirm.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you confirm and enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you provide.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another workspace's data, circumventing access controls, or uploading unlawful content.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may change; where pricing is currently marked as proposed or placeholder, no commercial commitment exists until it's finalized and communicated.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verluma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
