What this covers
This policy covers verluma.ca (this marketing site) and the Verluma Entry application at entry.verluma.ca. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
What we collect
On this marketing site: only what you submit through a form (name, email, and message on the contact page). We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies here. In the Verluma Entry application: account information, workspace and client data, and the receipts and transaction records you upload — all provided directly by you or your organization.
How receipt and transaction data is stored
Application data is stored in a private database and private object storage, isolated per workspace. There is no public URL for any uploaded document. See our security page for the technical detail.
How we use data
To operate the service you're using: to authenticate you, to render your workspace's data back to you, and — for this marketing site's contact form — to respond to your message. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use application data to train models.
Data retention
Application data is retained for as long as your workspace is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to allow account recovery, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us. For the Verluma Entry application, workspace owners and admins can manage most data directly within the product.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify active account holders.
